Reporting to: Managing Director
Develop an online presence for the brands across the social channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn) in such a way that presents the identity of the company’s brands in an authentic way.
Use analytics tools to monitor social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn).
Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns and activations.
Build brand engagement and nurture the community insuring continuous growth.
Work on developing a social media strategy for different social channels.
Set the content strategy for the brands.
Suggest and manage budgets.
Present ideas for Online / Offline activations and campaigns.
Research trends and competitors to better understand the current positioning of the company’s brands.
Support the marketing team in the execution of offline campaign.
Create timely and engage content optimized for different platforms and target audiences.
Coordinate with the creative team to produce top quality content (visuals, videos etc.)
Manage online collaborations (Influencers).
Conduct and create online competitions.
Cover live events.
Create monthly reports that showcase the performance of the brand’s social channels.
Conduct a competitive analysis and prepare reports of findings and recommendations.
Ensure the flow of news and updates throughout the internal community through social groups.
Manage the quarterly corporate Newsletter.
Business Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication skills, Organizational skills, time management, Adaptability, Background in analytics, Passion for the brand, Creativity, Very good in Microsoft office, SEO certificate is a plus.
2 – 3 years of experience in social media management.
Previous experience in Photoshop and illustrator.
