Email / Office 365: Email at ALBA is part of the 'Office 365' service. The IT Team can assist you in configuring your email, backing up or restoring your mailbox, and much more.
- Office 365: ALBA provides free Office 365 accounts (for students, teachers and staff), a powerful set of online services that encompasses email, calendaring, file sharing, video, collaboration tools, and more.

- Turnitin - Anti-Plagiarism: Turnitin is a plagiarism prevention system integrated with Moodle. You can find on the following link a tutorial that will introduce you to common instances of plagiarism and will show you ways to avoid plagiarism in your work. Use it.

LOGSIS - Student Information System (SIS): LOSIS - SIS is ALBA's Student Information System. Its purpose is to manage most aspects of a student's life on campus. It is used by students to access information that is relevant to their lives as ALBA students. It is used by faculty members and administrators to manage important information about ALBA students.
- ALBA Website: The ALBA website, www.alba.edu.lb, is the general public's main gate for information about the university and its community. IT handles the necessary infrastructure and customization that make the content and functionality of the website possible while the Office of Communication administers the content and the website in general.

OneDrive for Business: OneDrive for Business is part of the Office 365 suite. It is ALBA’s enterprise platform for storage and it provides reliable and recoverable 1TB of storage that is securely accessible from anywhere, at any time and from any device. Use One Drive to store your files, share documents and collaborate with colleagues.

Private Cloud: The Private Cloud Service provides an infrastructure for your applications or projects with a high level of flexibility, security, reliability and proximity.

Internet: Internet at ALBA is provided over wireless and wired networks to the entire ALBA community. To filter undesirable and inappropriate web content, the IT Team is responsible for enforcing web filters on all internet access points. This service allows you to submit a request to allow/deny certain websites and in cases where you need to download large files from the internet.

LAN - Local Network : The IT team assists users with the activation and installation of ports/sockets in offices or classes and modifying firewall rules for internet access.
- Wireless Network: ALBA Wireless Network 'ARUBA' is a service used by the campus to access the Internet.

Telephony: Through the telephony service, a service that supports communication between users, the IT department is responsible of installing new telephone lines and modification of existing ones and their features.

Antivirus / Endpoint Protection: Targeted attacks and advanced persistent threats require ALBA to adopt a layered protection and security at the endpoint using Kaspersky Endpoint Security.

Classroom And Lab: IT help and Field in classrooms and labs, remotely or in-person, ensures the smooth progress of teaching, learning and successful administration of exams.

Desktop & Devices: IT Help and Field Support for Desktops and Devices for ALBA faculty members and staff, remotely or in-person, ensures the proper setup and maintenance of all IT-related hardware and software.
- Data Center Co-location: ALBA data centers provide hosting for the institution's servers and data. ALBA maintains two tier-3 data centers located on campus providing the Academy with Information technology facilities and infrastructure. Both data centers are hot sites and equipped with dual power source, cooling, fire detection, fire protection (fm200).
- Storage & Shared Folders: Storage and Shared Folders is a service that allows departments to request the creation of shared folders for storing and sharing institutional files safely.
- Server Management: Server Management is a service that ensures ALBA servers are up-to-date, protected and performing efficiently.
- Ysoft/Safeq - Print Management Service: YSoft SafeQ Print Management Suite is a Centralized print management and automated core workflows to increase security, reduce print costs and improve productivity.
- EDUROAM: Eduroam is a global wireless network service for research and education. An eligible organization (research organization or education-related organization) can provide users (students, staff and faculty) with wireless access at participating institutions through the use of their home institution credentials.
