Fashion creation: first steps
from June 24 to July 5th, 2019 for 16-22 years old from 9am to 6pm

Participants will discover the fundamental skills related to fashion design: choosing a concept, finding avenues for research, developing ideas through drawing, addressing notions of basic sewing. At the end of the course, participants will have experienced the first steps of a fashion design practice. They will have learned some principles necessary for research and the creation of silhouettes and clothing, as well as basic means (collage / sketching) to communicate a creative vision to others. They will have developed a small project that can be integrated into a portfolio, and received a critical feedback from teachers of different specialties.
