The training is divided into two successive cycles.
3-year undergraduate programs, 180 ECTS credits, will lead to:
- Licence en réalisation audiovisuelle
- BFA in Television
2-year graduate programs, 120 ECTS credits, will lead to Master’s degrees in:
- TV directing
- TV Concept Creation and Writing
- Audio-visual production
- Special effects
Licence en réalisation audiovisuelle (Bachelor)
Once the courses of the first two years are completed, students may choose to continue their studies in audio-visual directing or choose to earn a bachelor in one of two other majors: 2d/3d animation or photography.
First Year is mainly composed of introductory courses in the fields of art, culture, communication and relevant techniques. They include sketching, colors, strip cartoons, video technology, the theory of photography, scenic arts and the history of different art media (the history of photography, cinema, theatre and music).
Second and Third Years are dedicated to specialized courses, either theoretical or practical. These courses focus on application practices in production and directing (cinema, TV and advertisements)
The subjects taught are: camera, lighting, sound, compositing, scenario, production, directing, scenography and make-up.

Professional areas:directing fiction shorts or features, commercial ads, video clips and documentaries
- Master en production audiovisuelle (Master’s)
Design and production of audio-visual shows as well as live performances, training in artistic, technical, financial and legal matters
Professional areas: film and TV production companies
- Master en trucages et effets spéciaux (Master’s):
Artistic and technical training in special effects, through direction or postproduction.
Professional areas: SFX or VFX supervisor, Special effects generator and editor, VFX computer artist, 3D for VSFX
